Damaged Item(s)

If an item(s) is found to be damaged upon unwrapping the package, please contact us or email us at beautysofly@gmail.com with the (1) order #, (2) name and quantity of item(s) damaged, and (3) a snapshot of all damaged item(s). If the item is evaluated to be damaged, we will email you within 1-3 working days with the following. For Singapore orders, we will ship out another polish for you FOC, provided if we still carry that particular colour in stock. For International orders, a refund will be issued to you via PayPal.
